Charles N. Shurr, Jr.'s practice focuses primarily upon banking, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and general business and commercial law. He is an Albright College graduate with a BS degree in Business Administration-Finance awarded magna cum laude. Chuck holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, awarded cum laude. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as to practice before the Pennsylvania Bar. Chuck also is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated.

Prior to undertaking his legal career, Chuck spent several years as a commercial loan officer for a large regional financial institution. Chuck is a Berks County native and resides north of Kutztown with his wife and children.
