Brett M. Fegely’s practice emphasizes business and corporate law, estate planning, wills and trusts. A native of Reading, Pennsylvania, Brett graduated from Kutztown University, summa cum laude, with a degree in English. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School, in Albany, New York, awarded magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Brett interned with the Civil Rights and Disabilities Law Project, where he practiced under a Student Practice Rule in the fields of special education and Medicaid law. He also worked on discharge planning practices at institutions under New York State Protection and Advocacy authority. He is the son of two deaf parents and has native fluency in American Sign Language.
Brett resides in Cumru Township, Berks County, with his wife Megan.
